Lighthouses * Seascapes * Sunrises * Sunsets * Dunes * and More
June 2022 I was gifted the opportunity to stay at Olga and Jim's Cape Cod home. For one week, I was up early and out late every day to capture the magic of Cape Cod. With extensive research on the surrounding, I set out to capture perhaps a different view of this famed land. Captivated by the light, I sought out compositions that evoke solitude, peace and simplicity. I often walked one to two miles each way across sand dunes and beaches to capture the moment. Hope this brings happy summer memories of times spent at the beach. View the Cape Cod and National Seashore collection

If you missed the opening reception, please let me know if you'd like to schedule your very own private and personal viewing of The Reunion Exhibit. Honored to be showing with so many talented arts. We each have been hand selected by Las Olas Capital Arts founder Jodi Tanner for a three-month solo exhibit at her office gallery over the past several years. Jodi is a powerful, fun and creative friend to local artists with a vision that businesses can support artists by showcasing local artists' works in their offices. Email me with a couple of days and times (M - F, preferable after 6pm) that work for you between now and the exhibit's closing on August 27.
Definitely going to be a night to remember. 17 artists, 3 works each, music, libations and food too all hosted by the best friend an artist can have, Jodi Tanner, who started Las Olas Capital Arts to support and recognize outstanding local artist. Honored to be interviewed again by Jessica Ramirez and her team at VoyageMia. This time the focus is on how I acquired the skills, knowledge, and habits to get to where I'm today as an award-winning and internationally collected artist. It includes a lot on how I approach risks and the unknown that has a way of showing up as one moves forward. Hope you enjoy it!
If you're in town for early summer, plan on attending for a super event, party, art and more! If you can't attend, let me know and we can make a date for a private showing. On Exhibit Now, Bonnet House Museum and Gardens Welcome Center...Story Behind the Photographs4/5/2023 "Loxahatchee Sunset" Perhaps the most beautiful sunset I've ever witnessed. I was guided to photograph the sunset at Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge that night. Arriving about an hour early, I located where I wanted to take the sunset. After setting-up my photography gear, I stood in awe as I watched the sky just keep filling-in with more pinks and purples ... and that reflection over the water. I was and still am in Love! "New Day-Fort Lauderdale Beach" is a reminder that things always happen right. I was "racing" to get to beach in time for sunrise. At the time having a parking pass, I had to park in the designated spaces. The meters weren't working. Took my chances, camera in hand, raced to beach just in time for all the elements to come together. If you're local, please check them out at in person. No charge to view at Visitors' Center:
